Administration Officer
Job description
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to support within the education sector on a temporary basis through to the end of the year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator with a background in education or university environments to contribute to the success of a highly regarded program.
About the Role: You will provide administrative support to the Program team in a varied role, with a particular focus on exam administration, academic coordination, and supporting staff with key processes and deadlines.

About the Role: You will provide administrative support to the Program team in a varied role, with a particular focus on exam administration, academic coordination, and supporting staff with key processes and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to enquiries via email and CRM systems
- Assisting with exam preparation and administration, including occasional Saturday work (4-5 times across the contract)
- Managing course administration on Blackboard – uploading content, timetables, results, and resources
- Providing administrative support to staff, including creating course profiles, managing deadlines, and supporting meetings with minutes and agendas
- Processing exam adjustments and supporting related student needs
About You:
- Strong background in administration, ideally within a university or education environment
- Excellent attention to detail with experience working to tight deadlines
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to keep others on track
- Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
- Proactive, eager to engage, and comfortable working in a small, experienced team
- Minimum 2 years of administration experience

- Start 28th of July
- 5 Month Contract
- Inner North Brisbane (easily accessible via public transport, no parking available)
- $50-55/hr depending on experience
