Our client is an Australian based not-for-profit located in Caboolture. This friendly and authentic team are looking to add x 5 administration support officers to their busy northside office.
Duties in this role include but are not limited to:
- Manage and update customer profiles, including deactivating old profiles and reactivating them in a new portal system.
- Perform accurate data entry and ensure the integrity of all information entered.
- Outbound calling to clients and customers to collect information and provide updates.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, document management, and email correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth data migration and profile management.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Previous experience: in an administration or data entry focused role is essential to be considered for this role.
- Warm phone manner: As you will be contacting customers, you must be comfortable on the phone while providing a positive and empathetic experience.
- Attention to detail: Ensures accuracy when handling data and profile management.
- Strong organizational skills: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and keep records organized.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with using various software and systems, particularly new or evolving databases/portals.
- Problem-solving abilities: Quickly identifies and resolves issues that may arise during data entry or profile reactivation.
- Confidentiality and professionalism: Trustworthy in handling sensitive information securely.
- This role requires a criminal history/police check be completed.
- Ongoing contract - commencing on November 25th.
- Full-time working hours (8-4) Monday to Friday
- $36.30 per hour + superannuation
