The client is a large organisation going through a change period and looking for someone to support their operational functions on a part time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties such as:
- Reception duties
- Greeting stakeholders face to face
- Answering a high volume of phone calls from internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with triaging of requests
- Managing email correspondence
- Previous experience in a customer facing role, ideally experience within a busy office environment.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and the ability to manage a high volume of phone calls daily.
