Troocoo are excited to be partnering with a not for profit organisation who are looking to recruit their next reception/administrator located in Burleigh Heads on a 3 month contract basis, with the potential for permanency for the right candidate. You will be a part of a small collaborative team supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
The client is a large organisation going through a change period and looking for someone to support their operational functions on a part time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties such as:
  • Reception duties
  • Greeting stakeholders face to face
  • Answering a high volume of phone calls from internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with triaging of requests 
  • Managing email correspondence  
The successful candidate will have prior administration experience and enjoy being the go-to person within an office environment. You will ideally bring:
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role, ideally experience within a busy office environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to manage a high volume of phone calls daily.
