Administration Officer

Job description

Troocoo are currently working with a community services organisation based in Southport who are currently requiring some additional support during this busy period.
  
We are seeking an experienced administration officer who is available immediately for this temporary assignment.

The Administration Officer is such a critical position within the organisation. You will be responsible for anything from being the main point of contact for any visitors to providing day to day team support.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
  • Accurate data entry 
  • Accurate electronic file management
  • Scanning and filing
  • Team support as required
  • Adhoc administration duties
The successful applicant will be immediately available, have a general administration officer background and be looking to further develop their skills within administration. In addition, you will possess strong attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise your work.
