Known for delivering high-quality work across major projects, they have recently secured a significant Sunshine Coast development and are entering a period of exciting growth. To support this next chapter they are seeking an experienced and hands-on Administrative Manager to take ownership of back office operations and help the business run smoothly.

This role is about bringing structure and efficiency into a busy trade business. You will step in to manage the day-to-day administration, freeing up the wider team to focus on delivering projects.
The Administrative Manager will be trusted to operate with a high level of autonomy, improving systems and processes, coordinating resources, and keeping the office organised as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, systems, and supplies.
- Handle vendor and supplier relationships.
- Oversee compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Develop and maintain administrative procedures and workflows.
- Support financial functions, including budgets, expenditure approvals, and reporting.
- Coordinate communication, including emails, reports, and internal documentation.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, records, and leave management.
- Background in administration, office management, or a similar role in a small business environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, and open to learning new systems such as Arrowflow, training provided.
- Practical, approachable, and confident in juggling competing priorities.
