Troocoo is excited to be partnering with a leading online retailer based in Brisbane's inner suburbs to recruit an Administration Assistant for their high-performing merchandise team.

The role
Supporting the merchandise team, you will help keep everything running smoothly across product coordination and admin tasks.
 
You will be involved in:
 
- Managing product information and updates across internal systems
- Assisting with data entry, tracking samples and supporting product uploads
- Helping coordinate stock, pricing and supplier information
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and general admin support
- Working closely with buyers and the broader merchandising team on day-to-day tasks

This role would suit someone who is organised, upbeat and thrives in a creative, busy environment. You will be joining a collaborative team that values initiative, accuracy and a genuine love of retail.
 
About you, you'll bring; 

- Strong admin skills and a high attention to detail
- Confidence working with spreadsheets and online systems
- The ability to manage competing deadlines and stay calm when things get busy
- A proactive, positive approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Experience in retail, ecommerce or merchandising is ideal but not essential
