We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. As an Admin Officer, you will provide administrative support, manage office systems, and assist with daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior management and department leads.
Office Management: Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and resources.
Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
Database Management: Update and maintain databases, filing systems, and records.
Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Skills:
Hold a Blue Card and Yellow Card
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
This position is a contract role, with the possibility of extension. Working Monday to Friday – flexible hours. Eight Mile Plains location.
