About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Archiver for an 8-week temporary contract based in Northside Banyo. This role offers an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in data entry and filing for a renowned disability services provider. You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate management and organization of important records, contributing to the smooth operation of this vital service.
  
Key Details:
  • $35/hr + super
  • 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Flexible start and finish times within standard working hours
  • Immediate start available
  • Located in Northside Banyo
  
What You’ll Do:
  • You main responsibility will be to file paper documents onto the in-house database
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain filing systems with precision.
  • Ensure efficient handling of sensitive documents, contributing to operational excellence.
  
About You:
To be successful in this role, you must:
  • Hold a current Yellow AND Blue card (mandatory).
  • Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be able to hit the ground running and work independently.
