Admin Support | 4-Week Contract | Start ASAP
We’re currently partnering with a well-known provider of aged care and in-home support services to recruit multiple Admin Support Officers for short-term contract roles across Queensland. These positions are a great opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation, providing vital support to the community.
The Opportunity:
This is a 4-week contract (with potential for extension) providing front desk and general admin support, alongside assistance with basic rostering tasks. You’ll be working within existing administration teams and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of busy service locations. These roles are ideal for someone who is adaptable, hands-on, and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing professional front desk and reception support
- Completing data entry and general administrative tasks
- Assisting with rostering duties and scheduling changes
- Answering calls and assisting with client and team enquiries
- Using multiple internal systems to log and track information
- Supporting the team with any ad hoc admin needs
- Previous administration experience
- Rostering or scheduling experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong customer service skills – confident speaking with clients and staff
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly and work across multiple platforms
- A reliable, friendly and team-focused attitude
- Candidates who are fast learners and comfortable working in a dynamic, people-focused environment
- Retail, hospitality or customer service roles with admin exposure
- Entry-level administrators looking to build experience
- People who enjoy working in community, care, or service-driven settings
