Accounts Payable Officer – 3–6 Month Contract | $35–$40 per hour

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional available for your next temporary assignment? We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to join a busy finance team and provide essential support over the next few months.

What you’ll be doing:

• End-to-end accounts payable processing
• Matching, batching, and coding invoices
• Managing payment runs and supplier reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end duties and reporting
• Responding to supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in an accounts payable or finance support role
• Confident using large ERP systems and Excel
• Strong accuracy, efficiency, and communication skills
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
