The Role:
As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth across Queensland by nurturing existing relationships while developing new business opportunities. You'll work closely with technical and sales enablement teams teams to design solutions, prepare proposals and SOWs, and ensure a seamless handover to delivery. Your focus will be on building a strong sales pipeline, closing high-value opportunities, and contributing strategically to client success and service innovation.


What You'll Do:
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
  • Qualify and convert leads through to closed business, meeting annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement team to assess client needs and develop tailored proposals and SOWs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Work with marketing and vendors to promote services and product enhancements.

Your Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience selling IT services (infrastructure, security, apps, networks, modern workplace, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to craft solutions across hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Initiative, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
