About the role:
As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of strengthening existing relationships within the Education sector. You will connect with businesses across industry to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. You'll work closely with a team of passionate professionals, collaborating to drive growth. With an excellent onboarding and ongoing training, you'll become an expert in their offerings, enabling you to deliver impactful solutions that leave a lasting impression.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure and customer success.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates.
  • Ensuring all information is up to date in the CRM database.
  • Proactively liaising with all enquires.
About you:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and ability to identify customer needs.
  • Experience with CRM software.
