Job description
Troocoo Government are partnering with a key Qld Government Statutory Authority to find multiple A04 Compliance and Regulatory Officers! These are a mixture of permanent and 12-month fixed-term contract opportunities, based in Brisbane's CBD.
The Roles
The A04 Compliance & Regulatory Officer's will investigate alleged offences and undertake proactive compliance monitoring and audits in line with the organisations Compliance and Enforcement Action Plan and Policy. The positions will manage a high-volume caseload and will report into the Senior Compliance and Regulatory Officer.

The Responsibilities
The Compliance & Regulatory Officer will be required (however not limited) to:
- Utilise a variety of investigative strategies to investigate alleged offences and resolve them in line with appropriate policies and procedures.
- Manage a high volume caseload, having regard to client service delivery principles.
- Assist with the development and implementation of the organisations policies, procedures, systems, work practices.
- Maintain and update various relevant databases and information storage systems.
- Prepare reports, submissions, briefs, memoranda and correspondence in relation to the investigation of complaints.
- Ensure all communication is accurate, professional and adapted to suit the relevant stakeholder audience.
A successful application would demonstrate the following:
- The ability to assess and analyse evidence and employ various investigative strategies to thoroughly examine alleged offences and enforce outcomes.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Experience in compliance and enforcement or regulatory and legislative environments is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to communicate with a variety of internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering quality customer service and outcomes to promote compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
