A03 Client Liaison Officer

Troocoo Government are currently recruiting for a Client Liaison Officer (AO3) to join the team within a large Government Department. This is an initial contract until 30th of June 2024. The roles are based in Wacol, Brisbane.

The hourly rate for these positions are commencing at $44.49 p/hour + super.

The role - you will be providing a high level of face-to-face customer service on behalf of the Department.
  • Providing a high level of administrative support including correspondence, inbox management and preparation of data
  • Providing high level face-to-face customer service to all clients
  • Dealing with complex queries and challenging stakeholders
  • Collate, record, monitor and edit client data using departmental systems and applications
  • Manage competing priorities and contribute to the wider team as required
Your experience:
  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience is essential
  • Previous experience within administration 
  • Previous experience within the public sector or knowledge of the aviation industry will be highly regarded
  • High attention to detail
  • High level data entry skills
  • Ability to work with and engage with complex or challenging stakeholders
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities
Requirements: 
  • A current ‘C’ Class drivers’ license
