Troocoo are proud to be assisting a valued Government client in the recruitment of multiple A02 Customer Experience Officers. 

You must be available to commence on Monday 10th March if successful.

Contracts are 10th March - 2nd May (extension potential) | South Bank location | $36.45 p/hour + super | must be available ASAP.

Full time contract | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 4.30pm

The Roles
These roles will be the first point of customer contact assisting with student enquiries, requests and transactions!
  • Managing a high volume of face-to-face student enquiries. 
  • Providing customer facing support and excellent customer service.
  • Attentively listening to customer enquiries and providing advice and resolutions.
  • Processing a high volume of customer requests and applications.
  • Engaging and educating customers on services and options available.
  • Maintaining a positive, professional and caring attitude towards the customer
Important Details
  • You must be available to commence on 10th March if successful.
  • You must be fully available for the contract duration.
  • You must be available to work full onsite in South Bank.
  • Prior experience within a face-to-face customer service setting is mandatory.
  • Previous exposure to customer service within the Education sector is desirable.
