Contracts are 10th March - 2nd May (extension potential) | South Bank location | $36.45 p/hour + super | must be available ASAP.
Full time contract | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 4.30pm
The Roles
These roles will be the first point of customer contact assisting with student enquiries, requests and transactions!
- Managing a high volume of face-to-face student enquiries.
- Providing customer facing support and excellent customer service.
- Attentively listening to customer enquiries and providing advice and resolutions.
- Processing a high volume of customer requests and applications.
- Engaging and educating customers on services and options available.
- Maintaining a positive, professional and caring attitude towards the customer
- You must be available to commence on 10th March if successful.
- You must be fully available for the contract duration.
- You must be available to work full onsite in South Bank.
- Prior experience within a face-to-face customer service setting is mandatory.
- Previous exposure to customer service within the Education sector is desirable.
- Candidates on a Working Holiday Visa (Subclass 417) encouraged to apply!
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Punctuality, attendance and adherence to the contract is of utmost importance.
