Contracts are 2nd June - 25th July (extension potential) | South Bank location but may be required to travel to Brisbane and surrounds | $36.45 p/hour + super | must be available ASAP.
Full time contracts | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 4.30pm
The Roles
These roles will be the first point of customer contact assisting with enquiries, requests and transactions!
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls within the contact centre.
- Attentively listening to customer enquiries and providing advice and resolutions.
- Processing a high volume of customer requests and applications.
- Engaging and educating customers on services and options available.
- Maintaining a positive, professional and caring attitude towards customer
- You must be available ASAP - interviews will be held on Monday the 12th May if you are shortlisted.
- You must be available to commence on Monday the 02/06 if successful.
- You must be available for the contract duration - 02/06 too 25/07.
- You must be able to travel to other sites in the Brisbane region, if required.
- Candidates on a Working Holiday Visa (Subclass 417) encouraged to apply!
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Punctuality, attendance and adherence to the contract is of utmost importance.
- Prior exposure to a call centre environment would be highly beneficial.
