Workplace Investigations Advisor

Job description

Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a leading Queensland Government Department providing crucial services to Queensland families & children. This opportunity will allow you to expand your workplace investigations experience within Queensland Government and contribute to a Department that supports so many Queenslanders every day.

Responsibilities
  • Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex cases across ethical and professional standards within a Government framework
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously within an established operational services team
  • Extensive prior knowledge with Queensland employment legislation/acts along with Industrial commission procedures and policies
  • Manage case email inboxes and action as necessary
  • Contribute to the delivery and co-ordination of intricate workplace investigations using public sector procedures and policies 
  • Maintaining compliance across relevant databases and systems
   
About You
  • Previous experience in a senior human resources or workplace investigations role within a public sector environment  
  • Complex case management and resolution experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with the capability to understand and learn new systems/procedures efficiently
  • Availability to commence within 1 week
