Responsibilities
- Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex cases across ethical and professional standards within a Government framework
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously within an established operational services team
- Extensive prior knowledge with Queensland employment legislation/acts along with Industrial commission procedures and policies
- Manage case email inboxes and action as necessary
- Contribute to the delivery and co-ordination of intricate workplace investigations using public sector procedures and policies
- Maintaining compliance across relevant databases and systems
About You
- Previous experience in a senior human resources or workplace investigations role within a public sector environment
- Complex case management and resolution experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with the capability to understand and learn new systems/procedures efficiently
- Availability to commence within 1 week
