We are seeking experienced administration officer and corporate receptionists who are available immediately for these temporary assignments.
These positions can vary as administrative roles are such a critical position within many organisations and are very much the “go to” person for a lot of people. You will be responsible for anything from being the main point of contact for any visitors to providing day to day team support.
Key duties can also include:
- First point of contact for customers face to face and over the phone
- Assist with managing email inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Accurate data entry and electronic file management
- Directing visitors
- Document formatting
- Team support
- Facilities Management
- Scanning and filing
- Adhoc administration duties
