Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical/Document Writer to assist on their Business Improvement team with their MS CRM solution. This role is an initial 6-month contract with the potential to extend. 

Role Responsibilities: 
  • Training and User Manual Material for System Solutions
  • Training and User Manual Material for Business and Customer Management Process
  • Documentation of Change Management Process
  • Development of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Documents
  • Document Data Mapping
  • Communicate effectively in both oral and written communication to a variety of stakeholders.
Essential Skillset:
  • 5+ years in a similar technical writing role 
  • Well developed writing skills, with demonstrated ability to write in a clear and concise manner, and to convey information effectively to staff of different levels and with different information requirements
  • Advanced Word and Excel Skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Visio Skills
