Ideally, you will be working with the close-knit team to manage the Clients Portfolio of customers Technical Support Queries as well as assist in solving and closing tickets once completed;
Further to this, Key Responsibilities of the Technical Support Officer will consist of the following:
- A combination of onsite and offsite work for the company
- Visiting Clients to assist in installation of hardware
- Level 1 / 2 support - troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, logging to system
- Provide exceptional customer service'
- Represent the business with professionalism and integrity at all time
- IT Degree / IT Diploma / Industry Certifications
- Understanding of Microsoft Technologies and basic networking skills
- Interest in current and evolving technologies
- Must have Current Drivers Licence
- A team player who enjoys people interaction and demonstrates a helpful and friendly demeanour
