Technical Project Coordinator

Job description

Our client is a large Australian owned organisation undergoing a Digital Transformation and they now have an immediate need for a Technical Coordinator.  In performing this role, you will work closely with the Program team, the Program Sponsor and Leadership Team.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all program and project data is entered in all systems in a timely, accurate and proficient manner
  • Coordinate between vendors, site contacts and technical staff suitable times for project delivery items.
  • Record  and distribute minutes for any project related meetings
  • Field all service calls, book customer service requests and coordinate technicians for service agreements, calibrations, installations and breakdowns.
Essential Skillset:
  • 3-4 years Service Desk experience
  • 4-5 years ICT Project Support experience
  • Experienced in providing application support, with proven ability to manage and support multiple systems 
  • Strong level of interpersonal communication skills [written and verbal]; combined with excellent time management and coordinating skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
