- Ensure all program and project data is entered in all systems in a timely, accurate and proficient manner
- Coordinate between vendors, site contacts and technical staff suitable times for project delivery items.
- Record and distribute minutes for any project related meetings
- Field all service calls, book customer service requests and coordinate technicians for service agreements, calibrations, installations and breakdowns.
- 3-4 years Service Desk experience
- 4-5 years ICT Project Support experience
- Experienced in providing application support, with proven ability to manage and support multiple systems
- Strong level of interpersonal communication skills [written and verbal]; combined with excellent time management and coordinating skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
