- Work in a team that provides 2nd and 3rd level Application support to resolve incidents, manage problems, fulfill user requests, perform systems maintenance and patching, work with software service providers and perform the implementation of small changes.
- Manage co-ordinated processes with Service Desk, vendors and others critical to service fulfillment
- 3+years in an equivalent systems administration role with enterprise systems
- Experience in working in an ITIL adopted environment providing effective, timely and professional support on systems to agreed delivery standards
- Demonstrated collaborative approach working in teams
- Understanding of Finance and Health applications such as Cerner, Australian Digital Health, and SAP
- Microsoft Server skills
- MSSQL skills
- MSSQL code development
