As my client embarks on their next exciting chapter we are looking for an experienced Service Centre Manager to help support the team and over business to achieve success.
Reporting to the Director of Service Excellence, this is a critical position within the business and will be responsible for the management and performance of the Service Centre. You will be accountable for the day-to-day area operational management while ensuring further growth is achieved. Key high-level objectives will involve financial management, human resources/industrial relations support, stakeholder engagement and people leadership.
Additional key responsibilities include:
To be considered for this position you will be a strong leader who can demonstrate extensive experience within allied health, community services or human services industry. You will have excellent knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and be comfortable working in a highly regulated environment.
You will have knowledge of business and management principals involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, human resource modelling and service delivery methods. It is essential that you share a passion for the community service industry and feel proud to work for an organisation that truly impacts the lives of many.

- Lead a team of professional clinicians to build a supportive and collaborative workplace that focuses on care and safe service delivery.
- Actively contribute to and manage the development and implementation of the budget for all areas of responsibility;
- Drive a high-performance culture through excellent people management strategies
- Ensure all compliance and HR processes are appropriately followed and completed.
- Manage complaints from clients in a way that ensures ongoing positive relationships and complete all documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support the implementation of the organisations strategic plan through operational planning and delivery.
- Consistently improve processes that drive client service, productivity and utilisation targets improvements.
- Implement strategies designed to increase client retention.
- Actively participate in business development activities, delivering net growth in client numbers.
