Senior Change Manager

Job description

A significant project that is has a national reach requires a Senior Change Manager to take control of the change process across business-critical enterprise application projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess business readiness for change and create an action plan to ensure engagement with stakeholders
  • Lead and facilitate productive discussions/workshops with stakeholders
  • Ensure stakeholders are supported in achieving the objectives and are adopting the change
  • Grow and develop strong relationships, review feedback from employees on the quality of training, and play a lead role in system Implementations and change management processes within the business.
Key Criteria
  • 8+ years of experience in delivery of organisational change and managing complex change communications efforts involving cross-functional teams on large scale projects in complex and rapidly changing environments
  • Strong exposure to enterprise wide cloud-based solution implementations and working within migration projects
  • Experience conducting change impact and assessments, identifying interventions to facilitate change readiness
