Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join their team in contract capacity to assist with defining and documentation benefit profiles. 

Role Responsibilities:
  • Identify business needs and obtain, analyse, define, communicate and validate requirements for agreed changes  to our business processes, policies and technology based solutions
  • Defining and documenting benefit profiles
  • Facilitating the estimation of initiative activities
  • Analysis of initiative options
Essential Skillset:
  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills including facilitating workshops, and building relationships and interact with key stakeholder within all levels of the organisation
  • Experience in eliciting and defining benefits
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with all levels of the organisation
  • Experienced writing business cases
