Senior Business Analyst
Job description
Our client is currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join their team in contract capacity to assist with several large optimisation projects. Ideally you will have experience in writing feasibility reports, risk management and have worked in the financial services industry.

- Identify business needs and obtain, analyse, define, communicate and validate requirements for agreed changes to our business processes, policies and technology based solutions
- Manage the planning, development and production of feasibility proposals and business cases for projects that will deliver improved service delivery across the business in compliance with the requirements
- Develop ‘future state’ business process models that meet specific business objectives and internally define performance criteria
- Facilitate a benefits map and PEM (performance evaluation model)
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including facilitating workshops, and building relationships and interact with key stakeholder within all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated experience writing feasibility outcome reports and risk management
- Recent Experience in requirement gathering, process analysis and mapping
- Experience in the financial services industry highly desirable
