About the Role:
- Provide support for high volume recruitment
- Partner with key personnel across all areas of our client's diverse organisation to assist with shortlisting
- Book in and coordinate relevant interviews with the hiring manager, and support the process through reference reports and the general compliance process.
- Minimum Diploma Human Resources, Business Management or other related field
- 3+ years in a recruitment or a recruitment support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal client groups
- Strong computer and administration skills are essential
