About the role:
As the Recruitment Leader you will bring your contemporary knowledge, and experience of the future of work and the interplay with recruitment and talent management, to deliver talent solutions.  This new role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organisation, as it builds the talent function with the support of the HR Manager.  It encompasses leadership of a small team, revitalisation of the current recruitment process, establishing frameworks for the talent function, and implementing leading practice candidate experience and technology enablers to support hiring leaders with acquisition of best talent. In the role you will be responsible for:-
  • Leading the revitalisation of the current recruitment function
  • Establishing and leading a small team
  • Establishing the annual recruitment plan and recruitment reporting functionality
  • Establishing a national vendor panel
  • End to end recruitment process, establishing leading practice business process, governance, candidate experience and technology solutions
  • Engaging with stakeholders to identify labour market trends and supporting leaders with workforce planning actions and initiatives
  • Collaborating with support areas to assess and enhance employment value proposition
  • Implementing an internal mobility framework to optimise talent and capability
  • The development of training / coaching tools for leaders
 About you:
  • Demonstrated experience to take a customer service approach and establish trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience working in an internal recruitment function
  • Demonstrated leadership
  • Pragmatic problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with immigration and global mobility
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office suite of products and applicant tracking systems
  • Previous experience in a not for profit organisation is desirable
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant discipline
