Recruitment Advisor and HR Administrators - Contract roles

About the client:
This client is a leading employer with a clear purpose and vision. Undeniably they deliver on some of Queensland’s most important services and continue to operate through a large geographically dispersed workforce. They are currently going through a time of growth and investment and as such are looking for several people to join the HR team on a short-term basis whilst they navigate through the increase in demand across recruitment and onboarding.

We currently have 4 contract roles we are looking to appoint immediately:

1 x Recruitment Advisor
3 x Onboarding HR Administrators

Recruitment Advisor:
This role will support the end-to-end recruitment process with a range of roles. Working with hiring managers this position will support a variety of hiring demands across a large portfolio and we will look at recruitment professionals who have experience in both the internal and external agency environments. This will involve writing job advertisements, screening candidates, working with agency partners, and guiding leaders through the overall recruitment process.  

Onboarding HR Administrator:
These roles will assist in contract generation, sending out new starter packs, ensuring candidates have returned all electronic paperwork required to start in their new role. You will take all initial inquiries from new starters regarding onboarding, largely responding via email. We are looking for experienced HR Administrators or HR graduates ready to step into their first HR role.
To be considered for these roles you must be available to start a contract immediately as these initial temporary assignments will be short-term based in the Brisbane CBD.
