About the Role
This is a fast-paced, volume recruitment opportunity where you will work as part of a close-knit team to manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for the business. Starting as soon as possible for an initial 3-month period, with the potential to extend, this is a great opportunity to join a leading brand and utilise your end-to-end recruiting skills in a supportive environment. This role does enable the candidate to have flexibility in working location, either from the office location or from home. In this role you will be responsible for:
Sourcing and pipelining candidates.
End to end recruitment and talent acquisition support to your stakeholders.
Advice and guidance to hiring managers around hiring decisions and processes.
Support across a high volume of vacancies, maintaining a strong candidate experience and customer service a focus.
Conducting video and phone interviews and supporting hiring managers through the face-to-face interview process.
About You
To be successful it is crucial for you to have the ability to rapidly build meaningful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders as you will be actively supporting the growth of this fast paced organisation across end-to-end recruitment. You will have:
Strong end to end recruitment experience within an internal or agency environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
Utilising recruitment systems and platforms.
