Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage the process of three projects and two interrelated pieces of work for a home support program. To be successful you will need to be a collaborative Project Manager with a pragmatic approach and highly developed relationship skills.

Role Responsibilities:
  • A review of the current Carer Support/Respite service delivery model and documentation of recommendations for service model redesign to maximise customer experience
  • Re-implementation of the organisations re-ablement program with Nursing and Allied Health personnel and personal care workers 
  • Interpret and record complex concepts from discussions, and write them up in a simple and succinct manner
  • Develop and present complex data and reports in a simple and succinct manner
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Essential Skillset:
  • Experience as a Project Manager in a related industry, for example delivering community services, health, disabilities or aged care
  • 5+ years Project Management experience on ICT Projects
  • Previous demonstrated experience in a similar project management role
  • Understanding of engagement and delivery approach required to develop a strategy document
