About the Role
Troocoo is partnering with one of their community services clients in Brisbane to delivery an Enterprise Customer Management System (ECMS). They are currently looking to replace their legacy system to a new CMS, the Project Manager will help to successfully delivery this scope of work.

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
  • Driving new ways of operating
  • Delivering better outcomes for staff and customers
  • Designing, building and implementing Salesforce Solution
  • Replacing existing legacy system
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Vendor management
  • Risk and issue management
Skills & Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
  • 5+ years as Project Manager successfully delivering ICT solutions
  • Strong proven experience delivering CMS systems, preferably  salesforce
  • Ability to provide exceptional leadership and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • A straightforward, confident, and open communicator with the ability to convey messages clearly, concisely and persuasively - both verbal and written
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Waterfall methodologies
