About the Role:
Working as part of the people and culture team, you will ensure you are building strong internal relationships with key stakeholders across the business, fostering a culture of engagement and familiarising yourself with current policies and procedures. Supporting the People & Culture Manager you will assist with the design and development of resources that will help to upskill the capability of employees. This position will see you ensure both current and new business/ people policies are up to date and communicated through effective channels.
Working with the P&C and Corporate Affairs team, you will help to drive the corporate social responsibility plan, and initiatives. The position will also ensure an effective internal communication strategy is set to support Canstars People and Culture activity, keeping employees informed and engaged throughout their employment lifecycle.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified in HR or a related field and will have around 3 years of relevant experience. We are looking for generalist experience in human resources coupled with a passion for internal communications and staff engagement. As such strong writing skills will be required.
The demonstrated competencies this role will require are relationship management skills, change readiness and flexibility in your work style, organised and diligent, as well as being solutions focused. This role will require you to seek out the gaps and opportunities as well as think outside of the box to innovate and drive results.
