An opportunity is now available for an experienced People Coordinator to join the team on a 12 month contract. 

The role:
Reporting to the People Advisor and working as part of a team you will provide generalist HR support and coordination across the end to end employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for: 
  • Coordinating internal end to end recruitment processes 
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding experiences with hiring leaders
  • Prepare employment contracts and variation letters for employees
  • Support HR policy review and improvement across the team
  • Maintain position descriptions and other relevant HR documentation
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to general employee enquiries 
  • Provide support to HR projects as required
About you:
  • Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or relevant with previous experience working as a HR Administrator/Coordinator.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to work. 
  • Impeccable attention to detail. 
  • Exceptional communications skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support across the business as needed.
