To support our growth, we are currently recruiting for the key position of Payroll Specialist.
About the role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for the provision of all aspects of the national payroll function ensuring timeliness, accuracy and validity of data in accordance with national and state-based legislation, company policies, and Enterprise Agreement (EA) requirements.
The position will add value by seeking best practice and continuous improvement through streamlining and driving efficiencies within Payroll.
The Payroll Specialist will have 1-2 years payroll processing experience having worked with medium to large enterprise payroll systems, with a passion for providing a high degree of customer service and focus on continuous improvement.
The position is based in the Brisbane head office.
Experience and Qualifications
To be considered for this position you will have experience in a similar Payroll Specialist role having worked with medium to large enterprise payroll systems. A qualification in payroll is desirable, but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a professional and effective manner. Manage relationships with staff in a supportive manner with a willingness to provide a high degree of customer service. Ability to work autonomously and in a team. Demonstrated ability and willingness to work in a productive and collaborative way.
