Due to record growth and an increase in demand across the Car Loans division, Troocoo is proud to be exclusively partnering with Loans.com.au to recruit for 20 newly created automotive lending outbound Sales Consultant positions. As an automotive specialist you be a key component to the streamlined online application process making it easier for customers secure loan approval within 24 hours. The sales approach will be phone-based with the purpose of converting warm quality leads into car loan applications as well as servicing the extensive existing customer base through outbound sales initiatives, to enhance the customer experience journey.
  
Key responsibilities include:

• Drive new business growth within car loans from a genuine warm lead supply;
• Outbound phone contact to existing borrowers, to educate them around the full product offering and review their existing lending;
• Provide accurate, in-depth assistance and information relating directly to the customer’s needs around lending products;
• Build rapport with borrowers to instill confidence in the process and service offering;
• Drive sales productivity through use of available technology and customer relationship tools;
• Maintain up to date knowledge and understanding of the products and services to enable confidence with customers;

Loans.com.au are looking for outcomes focused, sales maximising, customer service extraordinaires! You will have extensive experience within a phone-based sales environment, specialising in automotive lending. As Loans.com.au have taken the major administrative function out of this position, you will relish the opportunity for your sole focus to converting your customers from general enquiry through to application completion.   
  
There will be extensive training and support provided to ensure success within your role. All sales consultants will work off a rotating roster which is currently 7:00am – 7:00pm roster Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. Additional evening shifts or flexible hours may also be considered dependent on the candidates’ experience.
