Home Loans Officer

Job description

Our client specialize in providing finance solutions in the areas of mortages. Due to a significant uptake of home loan product inquiry, they are now looking for a Home Loan Officers to assist with the home loan application process. 

Responsibilities will include:
  • Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the process via telephone and email interactions
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of applicant financial positions to determine borrowing capacity
  • Coordinate relevant documents and prepare loan applications for submission
  • Perform all associated administration relating to the lending process
  • Work cohesively in a team environment
You will bring:
  • 5 years + home loans experience, customer facing and finding solutions for customers
  • Excellent verbal communication listening skills and the ability to build rapport and display empathy
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new things and think differently
  • Highly organised and detail oriented
  • A high performer who thrives on learning and new challenges
