About the roles
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager you will join the People and Culture team and be able to contribute and influence on meaningful, rewarding projects.  Your contribution will be a key part in shaping the capability of the employees, which will then have a direct impact on the customer experience.  If you embrace change, and the opportunity to learn new things with a highly credible team, this opportunity will give you a real sense of achievement. This highly rewarding opportunity offers you flexibility to work from home and in the CBD location. Key accountabilities include:

  • Work with key stakeholders to undertake training needs analysis and design of training frameworks

  • Design the training content and delivery requirements for technical and non-technical learning activities (including online and Face to Face delivery)

  • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, and external delivery partners, to ensure current and proposed training content and activities satisfy competency frameworks,

  • Review, assess and improve training assessment methods and materials

  • Report on overall training assessment outcomes

  • Support of basic Learning Management System administration tasks

  • Contribute to the analysis and reporting of overall learning and development budgets

  • Identify opportunities to enhance and improve, ensuring industry best practice outcomes are achieved.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in teaching or adult learning design and delivery

  • You will have 3+ years of experience in a similar L&D role, with strong working knowledge of instructional design and their relation to competency frameworks

  • Sound working knowledge of online training development and associated technologies (e.g. SCORM; Learning Management Systems; Articulate 360; Camtasia; Audacity)

  • Very good interpersonal skills, strong consultation skills, and experience engaging with key senior level stakeholders
