With a continued pursuit around innovation and excellence, and a strong culture of ‘people first’, this is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications Advisor to build on the employee engagement program for the organisation.

About the role:
  • Reporting into the Manager, Internal Communications, you will be responsible for developing and delivering on the internal communications strategy for our client;
  • Develop and maintain a range of on-line and off-line communication channels, understanding how to engage within a large and complex internal stakeholder group;
  • Develop strong relationships with the leadership team and wider network of influences to understand better the needs of the organisation with regards to employee communications;
  • Act as an expert for advice within the organisation around best practice, consistency and analysis of the current internal communications activity; and
  • Work as part of a team and actively present ideas and innovation surrounding employee engagement.
About you:
  • Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, marketing or relevant;
  • Around 5 + years’ experience in a corporate communications position, with relevant and demonstrated experience in internal communications;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to navigate a complex stakeholder network in a large organisation; and
  • An ability to work at both a strategic and operational level, with the desire to see results come to fruition within the employee engagement space.
