About the role: As the HR and Talent Advisor for Sulzer you will be responsible for supporting the national business with a people portfolio of 270 employees. As a trusted advisor you will have a focus on recruitment solutions to the business and also provide HR administrations support and HR advice. This role will also give you the opportunity to partner with the HR team on its people projects and employee engagement initiatives. This is a varied role where you can have immediate impact in the business to help drive talent management, performance and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment across the national business
- First point of contact for HR queries
- Administrative support to the HR and Payroll team
- Develop and implement key HR initiatives and projects
- Manage the employee life-cycle including employee
- Manage the Human Resource Information System
- Look for opportunities to improve processes
- Degree / Or Diploma qualification in HR or related field with minimum 2-3 years of HR / Recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility quickly
- Enthusiastic, resilient and driven to provide exceptional customer and client service
- The courage to challenge and influence change
- Focused on driving results
- Passionate about health and safety and the well-being of employees
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular excel
- Improve your capacity to provide HR advice, coaching and guidance for managers and employees on HR policy, procedures and industrial instruments
- Help you have a better understanding of your stakeholders needs and transform the learnings into actions and solutions
- Develop you as the change agent to help move the business forward, ensuring it meets its objectives and targets
