With the start of 2020, my client is eager to bring on a capable Fund Accountant to manage their property portfolio.
About the Role
As the Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the various property funds. Joining a competent and collaborative finance team, you will be responsible for:

About the Role
As the Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the various property funds. Joining a competent and collaborative finance team, you will be responsible for:
- End of month duties including variance analysis, balance sheet & P&L, cashflow depreciation and valuations.
- Preparation of quarterly BAS
- Monthly distributions to investors
- Day to day fund management
- Preparation of half year and annual financial statements
- Liaise with property managers and agents as required
