With the start of 2020, my client is eager to bring on a capable Fund Accountant to manage their property portfolio.

About the Role

As the Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the various property funds. Joining a competent and collaborative finance team, you will be responsible for:
  • End of month duties including variance analysis, balance sheet & P&L, cashflow depreciation and valuations.
  • Preparation of quarterly BAS
  • Monthly distributions to investors
  • Day to day fund management
  • Preparation of half year and annual financial statements
  • Liaise with property managers and agents as required
About You

This organisation values culture above anything else, thus you will be able to build strong relationships, add to the friendly and supportive environment and take ownership of your responsibilities. You will have prior experience in a property or fund accounting. Ideally you would have started your CA or CPA studies.
