Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365

Job description

Our client is a large organisation based in the Brisbane CBD who are seeking a Functional Consultant to assist on a Dynamics 365 implementation.  The position will be required be part of a team responsible for deployment, implementation, Design and development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions and more.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Being responsible for the implementation of design and solutions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) across a variety of project based scenarios
  • Assist with deploying MS Dynamics 365 projects on customer site working across Proof of Concepts, Design, Analysis, Workshops and Support
  • Operate in a team environment, contributing to delivery, problem solving and team culture
  • You will work on the integration of MS Dynamics CRM into other associated technology
  • Deliver solutions across Microsoft CRM On Premise
  • Offering a consultative approach and listening to client requirements and delivering accordingly
Essential Skillset:
  • Must have at least 3+ years Project experience with Dynamics 365
  • Solid experience as a Dynamics CRM / 365 Functional Consultant a must
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to produce quality functional or technical specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience as a Dynamics CRM / 365 Technical Consultant/Developer nice to have
