The Role:

Our client is a national regulatory body who are currently modernizing their product offerings. They who have an immediate opening for a Senior Front-End Technical Lead you will also be conducting thoughtful and details code reviews, and providing leadership to the technical team. The successful candidate will be an expert in  front-end codebases you will be leading the architectural design and implementation of robust front end solutions predominantly in React.

Essential Skillset:

• Deep understanding of web fundamentals and server interaction.
• Extensive experience building robust, maintainable, testable, modular, cross-browser front-end components using React, TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Good skills styling web front-ends, experience with CSS in JS frameworks such as Styled Components preferred.
• Capability around setting up and managing front-end build/packaging/minification pipelines using Webpack, Rollup, etc.
• Expertise with Javascript testing frameworks (both unit and end-to-end testing) such as Jest, Jasmine, TestCafe, Cypress, etc.
• A natural bent towards continuous improvement, code quality and sound principles.
• Solid understanding of OWASP and client-side security practices
• Experience working in Agile teams and following SCRUM processes
