About the Role
As Finance Analyst, you will be less focused on accounting compliance and more focused on analysis and reporting on Trilogy Funds’ current property portfolios and future acquisitions. As a collaborative office environment, you will naturally find yourself working across the Property and Finance teams. As there are plans for continued growth in 2021, this role will be very active which will require you to be able to manage your time and prioritise tasks. As the Finance Analyst you will be responsible for a variety of duties:
Considering the organisation and the role’s focus, you will have a passion and interest in the property industry. The preferred applicant will have established accounting knowledge, a team mentality and an analytical mindset. As a minimum you will have intermediate Excel skills while exposure to financial modelling is highly desirable. - Managing cashflow
- Property valuations
- Acquisition due diligence
- Financial modelling
- Producing monthly reports for Board and management
- Reporting on covenant fulfillment
- Reviewing and reporting on property schemes
