Dynamics 365 Trainer
Job description
Our client is one of the largest employers in Queensland who have several significant programs of work focused on improving their ICT systems. One of their major projects is a Dynamics 365 Implementation and they now have an immediate need for an experienced Trainer with a Dynamics background or similar, who will be reporting to the Learning and Development Lead.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop training supporting documentation as required
- Ensure the accurate and timely implementation and maintenance of training records
- Ensure training is relevant to target audience
- Monitor, evaluate and report on learning and development activity
- Liaise with Program and Business to develop training and ensure the timely delivery of the training
- Incorporate focused training and materials on roles and responsibilities of all staff that are involved in any way with the program
- Design and Implementation of curriculum, training and support materials
- Experienced and strong knowledge of the use of Microsoft AX or similar Finance systems
- Proven experience as a Training Facilitator
- Strong analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into information flows, solutions and services
- Strong communication, presentation and documentation development skills
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Experience with e-learning platforms
