About the Role

Troocoo have partnered with an organisation in the Financial Services sector who are growing their Brisbane based technology support team. This role will sit within an experienced technical team and affords the successful candidate genuine opportunities to develop your career in an environment undergoing significant transformation.

We are interested in chatting to skilled customer service focussed technology support specialists who are looking to grow and excel within a market leading organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and report hazards, work-related incidents, provide initial diagnostic for IT related issues.

  • Physically visit sites & liaise with site contacts here in Brisbane.

  • Inventory and assess EUC equipment (computers, monitors etc).

  • Support and assist end users with Desktop issues, installing and configuring systems along with applications.

  • Provide ICT support for software and hardware issues on-site/remotely by giving solutions & workarounds

  • Providing users with the best ICT practice on applications and peripherals to ensure performance and efficiency

What you will need to be successful:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate in a collaborative environment.

  • Willingness to develop and assist with other areas of the business, improving their customer engagement and driving change internally when needed.

  • Experience providing general ICT support to end users in a Level 1 service desk role or equivalent.

  • Working knowledge of the Citrix, VPN and terminal servers would be a bonus.
