Troocoo are excited to be partnering with a boutique services firm based in the Brisbane CBD. This organisation prides themselves on their unique service offering and ability to deliver outstanding results for their customers through their innovative solutions.

Due to growth, the business is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Coordinator to join the team and further enhance their customers experience.

Reporting through to the General Manager, this newly created role will be the first point of contact for all customers calling through to the business. You be responsible for handling all levels of enquires and directing calls where appropriate. On a day to day basis your responsibilities include:
  • Addressing all service requests and customer enquires
  • Processing requests
  • Scheduling customer meetings
  • Updating customer files
  • Maintain a high level of communication between the business and the customer
  • Adhoc administration duties
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will ideally have a customer service background and looking to further develop within administration and professional services. You pride yourself on your strong communication skills as well as your ability to multitask and prioritise. You will be customer service extraordinaire and enjoy liaising with a variety of customers on a day to day basis. You will enjoy working within a fast paced, close-knit team environment that is outcomes focused and delivers innovative services to their customer base.
