TROOCOO are partnering with a global mining organisation in search of Construction Superintendents for a fixed term contract.
  
Our client is a highly regarded Tier 1 that is a leader in mining and exploration that have an immediately available 4 - 2 FIFO position for an experienced construction Superintendent.
  
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Working on a shaft sinking and equipping package
• Planning of project works using Primavera P6
• Managing multiple contractor interfaces in confined work areas
• Implementing LEAN principles
• Working in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualifications or practical experience in Construction, Civil, Mining or related Engineering field
• 15+ years’ experience working in a construction environment with underground or tunneling experience
• Previous shaft sinking project experience would be well regarded but not essential
• FIFO experience is preferred
• A strong sense of urgency for solving complex problems.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with a Tier 1 Health and Safety standards is a must
• Be highly competent in planning works, managing multiple contractor interfaces
• Primavera P6 experience
