- Manage your own portfolio of cases across life, disability insurance and income protection claims.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Create and implement claims management strategies that are outcomes focused.
- Conduct a range of ad-hoc administrative duties relating to your caseload.
To be successful in this position, you will have strong customer service experience within a call centre! You will pride yourself on your strong communication skills and thrive in fast-paced, customer centric environments. You will also show a high level of empathy and resilience whilst having exceptional listening and rapport-building skills.
