To help them achieve their purpose, we’re looking for an exceptional Chief Procurement Officer with a demonstrated passion and drive to deliver exceptional procurement and supply strategy. You will be a highly regarded procurement professional, with an impressive track record of achievement in complex businesses operating in demanding strategic environments.

Role Purpose
As their Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) you will be responsible for the procurement and supply chain operations of the business and making a critical contribution to their financial strategy.
In doing so, you will also provide professional procurement advice and support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and broader business delivering vision and leadership in shaping the ongoing procurement strategy in accordance with the procurement plan.
Key Role Requirements:
- A proven record leading a large procurement / supply chain teams;
- Extensive ability across strategic procurement planning, development and innovation;
- A proven background leading procurement transformation and change;
- An exceptional understanding of analytics and highly developed skills across problem solving and investigation;
- A proven track record delivering to complex procurement plans / operations;
- An exceptional ability to influence and derive value from procurement activity;
- Technically excellent within end to end procurement process;
- An evolved ability to build and foster enduring commercial and professional relationships;
- Confidence in your ability to present to executive leadership teams and to provide high level advice / recommendations in the procurement space;
- An exceptional understanding of commerce, financials and risk within the procurement environment.
